Join Winemaker Norm Yost and Restaurateur Mitchell Sjerven for an extraordinary evening at La Purisima Mission. This will be the tenth year that the duo team up to bring an intimate dining experience in the romantic, rustic setting of the historic Franciscan mission, located near the prestigious Sta. Rita Hills AVA. 

Featured Chef Greg Murphy enjoys finding the essence of his cooking style in local and sustainable ingredients. “As always, looking forward to my favorite offsite event of the year,” says Chef Greg. He was recently on the cover of Food & Home: Santa Barbara’s Lifestyle Magazine, in the feature “The Best of Our Wine Country.”

Award-winning Winemaker Norm Yost will pour Goat Bubbles sparkling wine in the lovely mission garden, followed by a flight of his finest Pinots in the nearby padre’s dining room. Chef Greg’s culinary delights will complement each wine. With advance notice, dietary restrictions will be accommodated. This year marks Flying Goat’s thirteenth annual dinner at the mission; some guests return yearly for the extraordinary experience.
